•Accountable for full cycle recruitment process including, sourcing and identifying qualified candidates and coordinating the hiring process to meet the hiring needs of the business.

•Partner with Hiring Managers to define their needs and build a recruitment strategy to fulfill those needs in a timely manner.

•Be an expert at utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including, Internet recruiting, direct sourcing, networking and cold calling.

•Perform background checks, coordinate drug testing process and assist with the maintenance of confidential records throughout the hiring process on an as needed basis.

•This position may also be involved in the creation and maintenance of HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking Activity Reports.

The ideal candidate will be a savvy Recruiter and possess the ability to source qualified candidates; previous experience recruiting professionals is required.  These positions require a minimum of 3–5 years of full cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment. Must be able to successfully work in high-volume, fast-paced organization. As a Contract Recruiter, you must be organized, able to manage a large volume of open job requisitions at one time and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
